James Chiswell

Major General (Retd) James Chiswell's service with the British Army included command of 16 Air Assault Brigade and 1st UK Armoured Division. He was an MOD director of operations and retired in 2018. James now supports various technology companies and is MD of Actagon Ltd, which promotes technology and investor collaboration between UK and Sweden.

Alex Creswell

Alex served in a number of national security roles including as the Director of the Joint Intelligence Organisation, the teams of analysts who provide the UK Prime Minister with their daily briefing and draft strategic assessments for the National Security Council and COBR. He is now the Government Affairs lead for Europe for SoftBank Group as well as being a professor in AI at Manchester University and advising Beazley, a FTSE 100 insurance company on cybersecurity.

Rebecca Floyd

Rebecca began her innovation journey as a founding member of Visa Europe’s innovation hub in 2015. She has since been Head of Strategic Partnerships for the world's largest Accelerator MassChallenge, the MD of a Cyber Accelerator program in Singapore delivered by Cylon for the Singaporean Government and more recently helped to deliver innovation programs across the Middle East and in Europe.
